4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, unless stated otherwise in your project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access needed for us to complete the work. Delays in these may affect the timeline.

6. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, illuxsys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
